Why This Site Exists
Henderson does not keep every local record. The Clark County Recorder holds deeds and liens, while the County Clerk keeps marriage records. Courts publish party searches, the Assessor links parcels to owners, and Clark County Elections maintains voter rolls under Nevada law. Birth and death records route to the Nevada Office of Vital Records or the Southern Nevada Health District. Henderson Libraries adds city newspapers and historical directories. We organize those search tools, custodians, and access rules by the job each one performs.
What You Will Find Here
- Records by subject: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
- Named custodians: Henderson City Clerk, Clark County Recorder, court clerks, Assessor, Elections, and vital-record offices
- Practical search paths: court name searches, owner trails, recorded deeds, and Henderson Libraries collections
- Nevada access rules: what is open, what is restricted, and how a Nevada Public Records Act request works
Limits of Our Role
This is a privately operated reference site. We are not connected with the City of Henderson, Clark County, the State of Nevada, any court, or any records custodian. Those boundaries matter:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Henderson
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot promise that every portal, fee, office hour, or procedure remains current
Only the office that keeps a record can verify, certify, or correct it. Information reached through this site cannot be used for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decisions.
