Use the city list for a named municipal contact and the education tools for school or campus roles. Property indexes work as owner directories, while historical collections are better for relatives, former classmates, and wartime Henderson families. The state PDF is an agency and official roster, not a single live search for every state worker.
Browse Henderson Staff Directory
The Henderson staff directory can be browsed with “All,” a number symbol, or letters A through Z. A department dropdown narrows the list. Results show the staff member, title, department, and work phone. The table does not expose an email address or street address. That makes it useful for reaching a city program while keeping the result focused on a public role.

If a name is absent, browse the city department directory and call the main unit. The City Clerk can route a request for an existing municipal record, but an agency does not have to create a new list. County and state staff belong to different rosters, so a missing city entry may simply mean the person works for another level of government.

Henderson Education Directories
The Clark County School District directory hub points to its School Directory, Staff Directory, and regional superintendent and school lists. Current phone directories in the research are dated October and November 2025. Some administrative-unit links may require district network access. When that happens, use the public school listing or the district’s main contact route instead of assuming a staff record does not exist.
UNLV People accepts a full or partial name and uses an Apply button. The university also publishes browse paths for colleges, departments, administrative units, research centers, and services. The College of Southern Nevada directory lists personnel and units across paginated results. These people directories are role-based, so check the unit page when a common name produces more than one person.

Henderson Owner Directories
The Clark County Assessor turns the tax roll into an owner-name directory. Search modes include owner, street address, parcel number, subdivision, subdivision owners, parcel type, and map inquiry. The result can connect a name with a mailing address, site address, land use, and Assessor’s Parcel Number, or APN. A mailing address is where tax mail goes; a site address is the physical parcel. Neither proves who now occupies the property.
The OpenWeb GIS viewer adds sale facts, ownership history, recorded-document links, zoning, districts, and parcel geography. The Clark County Recorder index then works as a directory of grantors and grantees. Its online official-record coverage begins in 1988, while counter microfilm reaches 1909. A grantor transfers an interest; a grantee receives it.

For access law, certified copies, and older-record procedures, use the Henderson public records system. This directory view is about who the indexes list, not whether any one listed person lives at the parcel.
Henderson License Directories
Henderson BizSense searches local licenses by business location, Nevada Business ID, company name, license type, subtype, and status. Its public data can tie an entity to an owner, case number, business phone, address, description, and issue or expiration dates. A local license shows that the city regulates the activity. It does not replace a Nevada professional license.
For the state layer, SilverFlume Entity Search generally provides legal name, Nevada business ID, status, registered agent, and filing history. Nevada’s licensing directory routes to board searches for real estate, health professions, contractors, educators, gaming, engineering, and other regulated fields. Search the board that governs the credential, since there is no one complete professional directory for every field.
A business record can confirm a public filing or license status. Compare names and identifiers across the local and state directories when two entities use similar trade names.
Henderson Historical Directory Search
Historical Henderson directories extend beyond bound phone books. Henderson Libraries combines its Digital Archives with HeritageQuest city directories, the Henderson Home News, photographs, maps, scrapbooks, and oral histories. The Paseo Verde Heritage Room also offers genealogy resources and volunteer help from the Clark County Nevada Genealogical Society. Exact print and reverse-directory years are not stated online, so ask staff about a target year instead of assuming a run exists.

Clark County Recorder microfilm reaches 1909, and older District Court material may also survive on microfilm. Those records can bridge a gap when a web directory has no useful match. Henderson Libraries does not issue vital records, so birth and death certificates still route to the state or health district.
Henderson Archive Directory Depth
The free Henderson Digital Archives holds more than 12,000 objects and does not require a library card. Its collections include the Henderson Home News, Basic Magnesium Incorporated records, Henderson Memories, genealogy society newsletters, photographs, maps, and oral histories. Many objects can be downloaded, which makes the archive a strong name directory for relatives, old neighbors, and community groups.

BMI Names Beyond Directories
UNLV Special Collections preserves Basic Magnesium Incorporated oral histories and photographs tied to Henderson’s wartime workforce. Named interviews can link workers with relatives, arrival stories, union activity, and community life. Some holdings include transcripts or audio. The Henderson Public Library Photograph Collection, dating roughly from 1940 through 1988, adds neighborhoods, events, buildings, and especially 1942 through 1944 BMI scenes.
These sources matter because pre-incorporation residents may not be indexed under Henderson at all. The town grew as Basic Townsite and was renamed Henderson in 1944, years before city incorporation in 1953. A person who vanishes from a standard Henderson directory may still appear under Pittman, BMI, Basic Magnesium, or Clark County.
After wartime production ended, the federal government offered the townsite as surplus under “Plancor 201-H.” The community did not become a ghost town. That shift helps explain why one family name may appear in plant records, state or county records, and then later Henderson sources.
Henderson Reverse Directory Limits
No official current white-pages directory, open neighborhood member list, chamber person directory, alumni directory, cemetery index, or funeral-home index was verified in the research. Exact years for the library’s historical phone and reverse directories also remain unstated online. That is a limit of the published inventory, not proof that a specific volume is absent.
When an address is the only known fact, search the street in Digital Archives newspapers and directories, then check the assessor, GIS ownership history, and recorded deed chain. An owner roll may not name a renter or family member. A newspaper item may place a person there without proving the length of residence. Use two independent records before treating an address-person link as settled.
Choose Henderson Directory Evidence
Current government and campus directories are best for public roles. Assessor and Recorder indexes identify owners and recorded parties. BizSense and state board tools verify business or professional records. For a past Henderson resident, the library archive, newspapers, city directories, census, and BMI collections preserve the richer trail.
Check the date and keeper of each entry. Then confirm the name with a second directory or record set that serves a different purpose. The match is stronger when a full name, time period, address, agency, parcel, or business ID aligns. It is weaker when only a common name matches.
