Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a separate copy of those queries on our servers. If you send us a message, we receive its contents and use them to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, visited page, and timestamp. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and shows which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic traffic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.
How the Data Is Used
Technical and message data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page updates. We do not sell a visitor list or assemble profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Henderson, Clark County, Nevada, court, library, or outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination’s policy. Sponsored search results are also delivered by a separate company with its own privacy terms.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since there are no user accounts, this site does not hold your account password or member profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights vary by residence and by the kind of data involved. Nevada Revised Statutes, NRS chapter 603A, provides an opt-out for certain qualifying sales by operators and data brokers, but it is not a universal right to delete or correct every record. Because we retain little data, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page for that request. Records held by Henderson, Clark County, or Nevada agencies remain outside our control, so any restriction or correction request must go to the custodian.
Policy Updates
A revised policy will be posted here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the new version.
